it happens because of many reasons like indigestion, overfeeding, nutritional deficiencies or Infection.
so proper diagnose is necessary.
please visit your pediatrician.
offer small and frequent meal
but don't force feed or overfeed your child.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc to your child.
keep your child well hydrated
give tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
