#asktheexpert My baby is 1 week old.He is having mud in his eyes.Kindly suggest what measures can be taken to resolve this issue.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Wash your hands.
Wet a sterile cotton ball with saline solution.
Gently wipe your baby's eye from the inside corner to the outside corner. Use a new cotton ball for each wipe.
Dry the eye using a different cotton ball, wiping from the inside corner out.
Wash your hands.
