A. hello...Generally sleep pattern is not set in babies this small...you need to set it slowly slowly..best is develop a pre-bedtime routine. ..For example: give him a bath, put on some lotion/nice moisturizer little massage works..do nighttime feeding, sing a song, and then put him down for bed. ...make sure babybis full when u put baby to bed..( give khichidi with veges n ghee-above six mnth)Limit your use of lights at night. ...make sure no noises disrupt your baby's sleep..Swaddle your baby(till 3/4 month only)
