Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. okay no problem bkvit is quite natural small babies will be passing loose motions no need to worry about them as long as the baby is on mother's milk that chances of infection will not be there

The intestines naturally secrete mucus to help stool pass more effectively through the intestines. Sometimes, a baby may pass some of this mucus in their stool without any underlying condition. The mucus can look like slimy streaks or strings.
