ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, Babies should be exclusively breastfed till 6 months complete. Feed baby on demand that is whenever baby wants and how much baby wants. Breast milk is most nutritious and complete food for baby till 6 months. Introduction of top food before 6 months complete can increase the risk of infection and even reduce milk supply.
