This is one of the symptoms of teething. You can give entrogermina drops it is probiotic medicine and very effective in curing loose motion. Don’t give milk. Rather than normal milk you can give soya milk. Also massage babies gums it will give relief in pain. still doesn’t get relief then consult your paediatrician.
