#asktheexpert my baby have dry cough. I am visit doctor many time for several reasons and those time I said to doctor this type of cough, doctor check his chest and said that no cough in his chest . But my baby continues cough .

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy1 Year agoA. recurring and non resolving cough and cold is commonly due to allergy and less likely due to infection. can be due to either allergy or infection or both. along with cough and cold medicine nebulization wizll be required and your doctor will guide you regarding this. take a follow up with your doctor if the cough and cold is not improving with 3 days of medzication . it is very important to give proper inhaler as well as proper method of nebulization for better recovery

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. hi usually it's symptom of common cold so please take necessary care like: offer plenty of breastfeeds which keep your child well Hydrated and help to soothe the sore throat slightly elevate your child's head during sleep. please keep an eye on your child health,if there is sudden fever, difficulty in breathing, cough lasts more than a week, please consult your pediatrician
