Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby have cold (nose squeezing) and then she vomited at afternoon after having egg lunch and evening she had a fever(99).I gave paracetamol suspension 0.5 ml. today morning again I saw temperature was increased (100) so I gave paracetamol suspension again after that she vomitted again. and up to evg her temperature was normal. again her temperature was getting high. kindly provide any suggestion. thank you so much for your help

A. Give her syrup vomikind 5 ml before food
