White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like Pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skin it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Proper moisturisation$e of skin is very important for this you can use a good cream like atogla or sebamed lotion and maintain a good hygiene .

Dermocalm lotion is an anti itching formulation to treat mild itching conditions such as sunburn, eczema, rashes, poison ivy, Chickenpox, insect bites and stings. It contains Calamine and light liquid paraffin. Light liquid paraffin is used as emollient to prevent dryness of the skin.
