#asktheexpert My baby has very bad upper teeth and it smells so foul whenever he wakes up in the morning. So dirty teeth. Is it going to happen with his permanent teeth or is there any way I can save his permanent teeth.

Ma’am right now the condition is not looking very good so you should consult the dentist as once these things are totally sorted before the permanent teeth come I don’t think so there would be a problem but still you should consult your doctor once regarding that
