Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby has suddenly stopped eating all her fav food … she liked paneer curd veggies but has stopped eating anything… How do I make her eat … I tried adding that to cheela but she spits it out… I am really tender about her food and weight. Please suggest. Carrots beans peas all she used to eat but now she’s spitting all the food

A. hi, just keep trying, please keep changing the food , flavour , texture and the consistency as well and use katori spoon feeding, they also get bored with the same food everyday.

A. Hii. It's very much common don't worry. All is to be done is keep trying to make her eat at intervals and one food items at a time don't mix everything.I also had a 10 month old son he liked Bananas very much now he doesn't eat.So rather forcing him I give him on alternate meal. as he eat I give him if he doesn't I leave it and give him another food item.So We should be caring that our baby eat healthy.

A. I am giving her variety of food … cheela vermicelli, sooji Upma but she’s spitting every food .. she used to live ragi porridge now has stopped eating they too
