Hello ma’am As of now I don’t think so there is anything to be worried about if it is not troubling your child and it is just a skin opening there is nothing major about it but still whenever you go for a vaccination next to the doctor you can get it checked so at least you will be more sure about it that way but as of now personally I feel it’s normal there is nothing to be worried about it
