#AskTheExpert My baby has hypothyroidism so from next month he’ll be on solids so is there anything particular which I need to avoid in his diet?

A. hi first thing , it is advisable to start giving semisolid food only after 6 months age. so , please wait till that. and whenever you start giving food , start with liquid food items like mung dal Pani , rice water which is easy to digest. then gradually add other food items in your child diet.
