Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables in the diet. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Give sips of water in between meals. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil and do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from gastric discomfort. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
