Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. do not apply any type of cream lotion or powder and do not give any type of medicine which might be causing allergy. if the skin of the child is dry you can apply coconut oil and if the skin is sweating then do not apply anything and wait and watch and if it is not improving in few days then meet your doctor
