#AskTheExpert My baby got VP shunt surgery at 2months old because of hydroceplaus. Now he is 10 months. kindly tell me VPshunt is permanent or temporary. Now his activity is good.

its better to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and do routine investigation if required And do as advised

It is permanent but still you should consult with your Paediatrician and about it because you talk to can only advise you well according to babies medical history. I just follow the instructions given by your doctor. Don’t give any medication till it is not advised by Dr
