Hi.if you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol 250 MG 4ml 6th hourly for 3 days. hold giving milk, Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed

Give Paracetamol to your child because that is going to help apart from that if your child is having cold and cough you can also give indirect steam to the child as of now but you have to consult your doctor for a proper checkup and medication for the same
