#asktheexpert my baby got delivered in 7 months (30 weeks) and her birth weight is 1kg and now she is 7 months baby and weight is 5kgs is that weight is good or give any suggestions to increase her weight.

A. Hi, the weight will increase. Shift her to complementary food, start introducing different food to baby, introduce one ingredient at a time. Do breastfeed with it also.

A. As per her birth weight this weight is ok not so less. Give her solid or semi solid food now because she has completed 6 months. start with little amount of food if baby us comfortable and can digest it then gradually increase the amount
