A. hi your baby is 3.5 months old now post vaccination swelling and tenderness at site of injection is common so apply ice at site of injection and give paracteamol drops to reduce swelling

A. Hello dear parent! Try applying cold compress on the injected area. As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, no pus or blood in the wound then nothing to worry. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Good luck and take care.
