#asktheexpert my baby gives pressure for both urine and stool paaas. for stool , it is ok though. but for urine it is not necessary. in 1 and 2nd month he was not like that . in 3 rd month i noticed him to give pressures for urine paas too. plz guide me

A. It’s normal in the age where your child is for initial six months on and off you can see that sometimes kids are going to apply a lot of pressure while urinating or pooping where they’re having an absolute normal urine or motion but they get into this habit of doing it but the doctor say over the period it is going to settle down on its own if you see that this is genuinely some broth thing wrong with the motion of the urine of the child after pressurising too much then in that case you may consult your doctor otherwise it is considered very normal as per the age of your child
