#AskTheExpert My baby girl is now 7 months old n she is not trying other food rather than breast milk and nor even cow milk.

A. hello please do not give your child cow milk till the child complete one year n since the baby is just 7 months old try with small portions and let it be little thin and flowing so that the child will be able to take it easily and it will take some time for the baby to get used to the new food

Q. hello...my daughter is 1yr1 month old...but still she doesn't take any other food rather than apple pury, cerelac, banana pury which I mix in cow milk and feed her . other than this whenever I try to give her any other solid food,or porridge, khichdi,oats,Dalia or any other food items she starts vomiting a lot ...any salty food like pulse...she doesn't take it. nor any formula milk or cow milk... what should I do?
