#asktheexpert My baby girl is going to be 6 months in few days, should we start giving semi solid foods to her? Also, should we change her formula milk to NAN PRO stage 2

A. Hello mom yes you can initially start with liquid consistency foods, and as baby accepts it well enough then you can gradually move to semi solid and mashed foods. also yes formula milk should now be preffered as the stage 2 that is for age 6 months to 12 months of age,

A. Stage 1 or starter formulas: these are suitable for babies aged up to 6 months. Stage 2 or follow-on formulas: these are for babies aged 6-12 months and they often have a higher iron content. You don't have to change to a follow-on formula.
