A. It’s Sometimes there due to cradle And to the hair so whenever you apply oil are you wash the hair you should just brush it nicely with a super soft kids brush slowly gradually the notes are going to open if they still do not open then it’s okay once you get your child’s head shaved off completely this issue will be sorted
