A. The average weight of a 9 months old girl should be around 6.6 to 10.4 kg. Your daughter is doing fine. If the kid is active and is eating well, there is nothing to worry about. Give her all home cooked meals. Continue feeding breast milk. Give her bananas, avocados and pears. These help in weight gain. Give her cheesy mashed potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give her pulses like moong Dal and masoor dal. Give cheese sandwiches and peanut butter sandwiches. Give one boiled egg yolk per day. Give fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give ragi. Give ghee in small amounts. Give papayas, mangoes etc.
