Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby girl is 5 months. she awakes in every 1-2 hours at night. she is on mother feed. should i avoid something in meal?

A. Hello ma’am It’s completely normal for a child to wake up every 1 to 2 hours to have a feed and they say so do not worry about it just continue breastfeeding your child as and when your child demands for it because that is only recommended for initial six months and after that when you start giving semisolid food to your child probably with time this is going to change

A. hello it is absolutely normal and nothing to worry and you will have to feed your baby well and make sure the bag is tummy full and as baby grows the frequency of waking up for the feed will reduce gradually and absolutely nothing to worry about
