Q.

#asktheexpert my baby girl is 2.5 months old but her weight is only 4.7kg. She's a premature baby. N m breastfeeding her but she's not gaining much weight. She was 2.4kg when she was born. What should I do Or eat so that she can gain weight faster?

A. Hello mom Generally babies are expected to gain about 300 g to 1 KG monthly and by the age of almost 4 to 6 months they would double their birth weight but Preterm Baby tend to be a little slightly slower in terms of growth so not to worry as just feed her as well and his active enough for her age
