#AskTheExpert my baby girl is 1yr 3 months old and she's not gaining weight properly..any food chart or medicine plz she take cow milk fm bm other solid food oats Dalia I give her ghee as well but still pls help me

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. If your child is alert, active. Growth n weight is well within normal parameters, than not much to worry about it. try giving her more energy dense food.

if your child is happy and healthy then no need to worry
please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mash etc
please give daily massage with Babyhug coconut oil
