A. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer same food whatever you cook for your whole family. small kids need more calories

A. U Should just add more of proteins and fats into your child delete that game and water is a good option to go for because your child is one KG underweight than the usual so it would be good enough if you can increase all the things into your child’s Alli diet
