#Asktheexpert my baby girl is 11 months and one week old. She hardly eats solid food. i have to give her cerelac through bottle, otherwise she will only be on breastmilk and formula milk. My milk supply has gone low too. I dunno how to make her eat fruits and vegetables. plz help.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Stop giving cerelac in bottle and try to feed the baby with bowl and spoon and also now give Khichdi daliya idli dosa uthapam chilla poha chapati mashed in dal curd rice
