#AskTheExpert My baby girl is 11 month old but her weight is just 7.4kgs. What should be the idle weight and how to increase her weight and shall we start formula milk. Which formula milk is good for babies plz suggest?? Thanks in advance

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. Hello this is a standard weight chart and depending on birth chart it will differ slightly. Month one 3.2-5.4
Month two 4-6.5
Month three 4.6-7.4
Month four 5.1-8.1
Month five 5.5-8.7
Month six 5.8-9.2
Month seven 6.1-9.6
Month eight 6.3-10
Month nine 6.6-10.4
Month 10 6.8-10.7
Month 11 7-11
Month 12 7.3-12 in the first 3 months, babies put on about 800-900grams each month. From 3-6 months, weight gain reduces to 1/2 kg/month. from 6-9 months, it becomes 1/3, and for 9-12 months, it becomes 1/4 kg. the birth weight doubles in the 4th month and triples when they reach 12 months of age.
