A. Hello mom babies are approximately expected to increase their monthly weight in the range of 300 g to one KG. So by the time they are at the age of 4 to 6 months. They almost double their birth weight . exclusively breastfeeding is essential as weaning foods can only be introduced from the age of five months onwards, try to take a healthy nutritious food before the baby feed time as that will ensure good quality milk and help in weight gain.
