A. Crying of a Baby is mostly because of infantile colic and gas related discomfort which is there commonly in night . It can be relieved by medicine like colicaid or gastica sfdrops containing dil oil and feniel oil with semethicone. other reasons could be hunger any illness, nasal blockrage, ear pain, diaper rash and sometimes more conditions which needs to be ruled out and managed accordingly .

A. Gastica drops are a paediatric medicine specially formulated for infants and toddlers. It is used for relieving flatulence (gas), abdominal pain, and infantile colic (abnormal crying or fussiness in a healthy child). It contains a combination of simethicone, dill oil and fennel oil.
