A. Hi dear mom Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups to boost immunity. U can add garlic, ginger in food to increase immunity. Lemon, kiwi, coconut water amla, mango ornage are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C helps to boost immunity. So give these also
