To help alleviate the symptoms, ensure your baby stays hydrated, use a humidifier to moisten the air, and keep the room free from dust or allergens. You can also clean the eyes gently with a clean, damp cloth to remove any discharge. If the symptoms persist for more than a few days, worsen, or if you notice any signs of fever, difficulty breathing, or unusual lethargy, it's best to consult your pediatrician for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
