PallaviMom of a 7 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. hello...packaged food is packed with sugar sodium n preservatives..so better don't buy them only...give ajwain water and coconut water for hunger...Give these foods which help in weight gain to yourbaby everyday....Potatoes are good for kids... .it's rich in carbohydrates, amino acids and dietary fibre. ...ghee in every food is good.
Eggs are considered overall healthy for babies..(8 months+) proteins and fats both there...Bananas n Avacados..mashed with Oats
Dairy products. ...paneer is good for them..
Chicken and other lean meats. ...
Dry fruits. ...make powder and put in all foods...
