Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby boy was 7 months old and his back head shape is normal on left side and right side is little flat .please suggest the advice to solve this problem

A. Flat head in Babies is very common mostly on one side initially when the baby is not flipping on the sides in the first few months . so becaguse of the continuous pressure over the soft skull bones such flattening can be there . This will bedcome normal by itself gradually when the skull grow in size and shape with age . No musturd seed pillow or any such kind of intervention like massage is required for the corrrction .

A. A Lot of paediatrician she was a child will learn to sit independently things are going to be better so hopefully that would work but as of now I am just going to advise not to make your child sleep on the side which is Flat so I hope that’s also going to help
