AskTheExpert# my baby boy is one month old....he is having a protruding belly button also a bulging stomach....he spits milk in excess and is also gassy and colic...plz suggest some advice

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. the recurrent stretching of the body again and again as well as uncomfort as well as hiccups as well as colic pain all are due to gas in the intestine and stomach.
it is very important that after giving milkc to the child you
should keep the child in upright position and do burping for 15 to 20 micnutes.
do not keep the child back on the bed after 1 burping because one time burping will not remove all the gas and if the gas is not removed properly it will lead to
colic pain and more hiccups again and again
