#AskTheExpert my baby boy is on formula milk I.e. lactogen is that enough for his best growth or else what can I give him he is going to complete 7 month on 4 July

A. after 6 month you can start with semi solid food also,regarding this further you can dicuss with the doctor if any more queries or doubts are there to be cleared . He will give you all the explanation and advise as needed.

A. You can start semi solids too. Try to start slowly with watery foods. initially you can start with simple purees and waters. These are easy digesting foods for baby tummy..like carrot, potato, banana and waters like rice or dal water. Then second week you can continue with other purees or combination of two fruits veggies, the third week you can give instant homemade rice cereal. Slowly you can add a veggie or fruit to the rice cereal this would give a different taste. Ensure to give a fruit and vegetable everyday. That will not lead to constipation.
