A. For healthy growth and development of baby, more than quantity, quality matters. For weight gain include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 650 to 750 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2 times healthy snacks. Mix variety of foods so that maximum nutrition can be given.
