#AskTheExpert hi my baby is 3 month old n i m not getting enough brest milk can i start him giving cerlac n he is not gaining weight too

A. No How can you start giving it before completing the age of six months if you’re breastfeeding is not sufficient for the child then you can go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child if the lactation is not sufficient does not mean that you start with semisolid food early
