#AskTheExpert my baby boy is 7 months old and i have been exclusive breastfeeding till now. mill started weaning and due to low mill supply he lost 350 gms. i have started on solids but to compensate milk should i go for formula or cow milk?? which is better

A. the mother formula milk is always the preferred and after one year of the age you can start with the cow milk it's good if you are a working women to wean off on time as your child will get in habit of eating other healthy food items as well as other form of milk in the way it is good for you but if you are not a working woman you can continue with mothers milk for at least one year
