ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, ideally after completion of 6 months, you can introduce solid foods. So, this is the right time. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 time’s a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.
