#AskTheExpert My baby boy is 2 yrs 3 months now. He can understand words, but not speaking them. He spells out a countful of words like Ma, Papa etc. hardly 20 words.. We speak to him a lot, he understands most of them but not willing to speak out when we insist. Please suggest
