#AskTheExpert my baby boy is 1 yr 9 month old but his weight is stuck on 8.75 to 9 kg from last 6-7 month how to increase weight

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom as per his birth weight he almost triple it by the age of one year and the yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs .. a little variation is acceptable if they are active for their age and eating well . Also if incase he was a preterm baby they tend to gain weight on a slow pace as compared to full term baby. Give him foods such as dry fruits and nuts , seasonal fruits , stuff paranthas, panner , ghee , eggs , legumes etc
