#asktheexpert My baby boy completed his 12 months yesterday. I am breast feeding my baby. I am not getting enough milk. Can I start using buffalo/cow milk for my baby boy to mix in idli… and also to feed? Which one is best? Kindly confirm details

The World Health Organization recommends that all babies be exclusively breastfed for 6 months, then gradually introduced to appropriate foods after 6 months while continuing to breastfeed for 2 years or beyond. Stopping breastfeeding is called weaning. It is up to you and your baby to decide when the time is right.
