shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum this is because of the hormones of the mother which causes some fluid on milk to leak out from the breast of the baby and this is very normal in the babies it will get fine when until your baby reach up to the age of two months on its on so do not worry and do not squeeze it otherwise it can cause infection
