POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Ideal weight of a 10 months old baby boy should be between 8.5 to o.5 kgs depending on eating habits and birth weight. To help baby gain weight, you can now include boiled eggs, chicken, legumes, potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer, ghee and 750-800 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2 times healthy snacks.
