#AskTheExpert my baby birth weight is 2.87kg now he is 4 kg is it a proper weight gain or not

A. yes its ok. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well

A. hi babies weight gain depends on their birth weight usually they gain 250 to 500g per month. so don't worry your child weighs normal. feed your child on demand. give massage to your child daily. maintain good hygiene
