Hello father medicine please consult a paediatrican for it . as far as intake is considered its very important to keep him well hydrated with fluids so water , ORS , coconut water , fresh fruit juices can be given but in small quantities at regualr intervals only. as much he can take comfortably only. in diet you can give soft consistency diet which is mildly flavoured such as kichidi, upma, idli, curd rice , dalia , vegetable soup etc
