A. your child is having viral skin infection this led to such type of skin eruptions / rash and usually they will come for 5 to 6 days and then go away gradually in next 5 to 6 days. usually symptomatic treatment is given along with regular fluids in the diet as well as dailyd bath. it is very important to remaining contact with the doctor. if there is discharge present from the blisters or the pustules then you can apply t-bact cream over it. can give padracetamol for fever. can apply calamine lotion if advised by doctor.
